Fashion is for everyone.

Inclusivity is the core for design and development, to ensure every body feels confident and good in what they wear.

“My love for fashion began from identifying a known gap in our industry. I struggled throughout my childhood and young adult life of not feeling good in what I wore, because nothing would fit right. Designing was my outlet to create styles that were both size-inclusive as well as height-inclusive, and that led to me pursuing a degree in fashion so I could finally feel good in what I wore.”

Abercrombie & Fitch

Sophomore Summit Spring 2021

For an internship with Abercrombie & Fitch, Sakhi and her group were given a case study to base a collection for Fall/Winter 2022. These are some of the designs Sakhi created, utilizing WGSN and current Abercrombie & Fitch trends. Her team focused on inclusivity as well as sustainability in creating these designs.

Brand Portfolio Development

Spring 2021

Above are samples from a collection curated for Sakhi’s final Brand Portfolio Development class of her Associates Degree in Merchandise Product Development. Here she designed for Stella McCartney Spring Summer 2022 , and introduced sustainable fabrics, as well as introducing inclusive, one-size fits all styles. These styles were praised by her professor, especially for the dedication present within the creation, edits and finalizing of these garments.
